All About Trunk or Treat

Trunk or Treat is the IVE PTA's biggest community event of the year, with hundreds of costumed students and their families visiting the school parking lot to trick-or-treat at decorated cars.

The Issaquah Ice Cream Trike and Jessica's Unique Bite Burgers will be on-site selling food, and we'll have plenty of candy to share. The event usually wraps up around 7:30 PM, or sooner if the candy runs out.

Ways to Get Involved

🍬 Donate Candy

Candy monsters will be accepting donations in the school lobby starting in late September. Drop off a bag or two and help keep this event affordable for families.

🚗 Host a Trunk

Decorate your car, wear a costume, and help make this a special night for IVE students. Spots fill up fast, so claim yours early.

🧹 Help Clean Up

Cleanup is challenging in the dark and we need all the help we can get. Please consider staying after the event to help clear the parking lot.

Why We Ask for Donations

Trunk or Treat is a free community event paid for by the IVE PTA and coordinated entirely by volunteers. To ensure we can keep offering free events and in-school programs, we ask attendees to consider making a small donation. The IVE PTA's budget is mostly made up of small gifts from our extended community — every bit helps.
